Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-2752e.   County clerk as clerk of sewer district.
The county clerk of any county in which a sewer district has been
created and established under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2731 to
19-2752, inclusive, shall be
the official clerk of the governing body of such sewer district.
