Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-2753.   Improvement districts; petition; incorporation.
The board of county commissioners of any county shall have the power,
upon a proper petition being presented for that purpose, to incorporate and
organize improvement districts within their respective counties, in the
manner provided herein.
