19-2755a.   Same; inclusion of land in other benefitdistricts.Any land located within an industrial district createdpursuant to K.S.A. 19-3801 et seq., andamendments thereto, shall not be included within the boundaries of anyimprovement district created pursuant to K.S.A. 19-2753 et seq., and amendmentsthereto, unless the governing body of such improvement district or industrialdistrict approves the inclusion thereof.

      Nothing in this section shall be construed as providing a procedure for thedetachment or deannexation of land located within the boundaries of animprovement district.
