Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-2766.   Same; powers of the board of directors.
That all the powers granted to improvement districts incorporated under
the provisions of this act shall be exercised by the board of directors
elected under the provisions of this act.
