19-2780.   Same; penalties for unlawful acts.That any person who shall wrongfully injure, destroy or in any mannerimpair the usefulness of any work or improvement constructed under theprovisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and uponconviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars normore than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail fornot more than six months.
