19-2781.   Same; liability for damages.That in addition to the penalties provided in the preceding section, theperson wrongfully or purposely injuring, damaging or impairing theusefulness of any works constructed under the terms of this act shall beliable to the improvement district for all damages occasioned by his actand for the full cost of repairing the same.
