19-2783.   Same; contents of petition.That the petition provided for in the next preceding section shalldescribe the territory proposed for annexation to and incorporation intothe improvement district by sections or subdivisions of sections, accordingto the government survey, or by metes and bounds, and state that thetaxpayers residing within the area therein embraced desire to beincorporated into the improvement district, or state that the owners of thearea therein embraced if there be no resident taxpayers within such areadesire to be incorporated within the improvement district, which shall bespecified by corporate name in the petition.
