Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-2786c.   Same; terms of consolidation; effect.
The terms of such consolidation shall require the payment of all
outstanding bonded indebtedness and other indebtedness of each of such
improvement districts, and no order of consolidation shall in any way
reduce or impair the security of any creditor of either of said improvement
districts.
