19-2786c.   Same; terms of consolidation; effect.The terms of such consolidation shall require the payment of alloutstanding bonded indebtedness and other indebtedness of each of suchimprovement districts, and no order of consolidation shall in any wayreduce or impair the security of any creditor of either of said improvementdistricts.
