19-27,128.   Same; costs.All costs incurred by counties in the construction of or in cooperatingin the construction of sidewalks and pedestrian ways shall be paid by thecounty in like manner as costs of construction, reconstruction, repair andrebuilding of county roads and bridges are paid.
