19-27,133.   Same; annual tax levy.The board of county commissioners creating a storm drainage districtunder the provisions of this act is hereby authorized to levy an annual taxof not to exceed three (3) mills upon all of the property located withinthe district for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of thecosts of constructing, reconstructing, repairing and maintaining such stormdrainage system within such district.
