Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-27,137.   Same; issuance of bonds authorized.
To provide funds for the cost of acquisition of the site and for
construction of improvements thereon, said board of county commissioners is
authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the county in a sum not to
exceed $600,000, without an election.
