Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-27,139.   Same; penalty for violating regulations.
Any person violating the rules and regulations adopted under authority
of this act, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
punished as provided in K.S.A. 21-112.
