19-27,150.   Regulations for use of county parking lots in certaincounties.The board of county commissioners of any county having a population ofmore than one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000) and less than twohundred thousand (200,000) is authorized by adoption of an appropriateresolution to prescribe rules and regulations for the operation of anypublic parking lot which the county owns.
