Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-27,151.   Same; penalties for violations.
Any person violating any of the rules and regulations adopted under the
authority of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A person convicted
of such a misdemeanor shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding the
sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
