19-27,151.   Same; penalties for violations.Any person violating any of the rules and regulations adopted under theauthority of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A person convictedof such a misdemeanor shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding thesum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
