19-27,172.   Same; property not benefited.Notwithstanding any provision of article 27 of chapter 19 of Kansas StatutesAnnotated, any property located in a sewer district created in the county,which in the discretion of the board of county commissioners, is not benefitedby the sewer improvements financed by this act shall not be apportionedand assessed pursuant to the provisions of this act until the property isso benefited. At such time, the governing body shall reapportion and reassessall property in the district.
