19-27,194.   Same; special improvement fund; use of money therefrom.A separate fund shall be created in the county treasury foreach improvement or combination of improvements and such fund shall beidentified by a suitable title. The proceeds from the sale of bonds andany other moneys appropriated thereto by the governing body shall becredited to such fund. Such fund shall be used solely to pay the costsincurred in the making of the improvement, and upon the completion of theimprovement, the balance thereof, if any, shall be transferred and creditedto the county bond and interest fund for such improvement.
