19-27,196.   Same; districts created by a city overlapping or adjacent tocity limits.The governing body of any city shall be authorized to create aspecial assessment benefit district in any portion of the city's incorporatedarea. If the special assessment benefit district either overlaps or abuts theunincorporated area of the county, then no such district shall be createdwithout the county's consent. The county's consent shall not be required whenthe district is created pursuant to K.S.A. 12-693, and amendments thereto.
