19-2803.   Same; tax levy, use of proceeds.The board of county commissioners is authorized to levy a tax for the creationof a fund to be used for thepurposes set forth in K.S.A. 19-2801 and amendments thereto and for thepurpose ofpaying a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under theauthority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, bycities located in the county.
