19-2803b.   Conveyance of certain real estate to department of wildlife and parks.The board of commissioners of any county which has heretofore acquiredreal estate under the provisions of a statute now appearing as section19-2801 of the General Statutes of 1949 and which has not constructed andcompleted a lake or park facility thereon, is hereby authorized, without anelection, to convey the fee simple title to such real estate to the Kansasdepartment of wildlife and parks by a proper deed of conveyance.
