19-2803d.   Same; acceptance of gifts; regulations.The board of county commissioners may receive donations and bequests ofeither money or property for the purpose of establishing and maintainingsuch lake and recreational grounds. The board shall make all regulationsnecessary for the supervision and conduct of such lake and recreationalgrounds, subject to the rules and regulations of the secretary of wildlifeand parks, and may employ a supervisor and such other assistants as may benecessary to properly care for and manage the same.
