19-2803e.   Same; tax levy, use of proceeds.Whenever a county lake and recreational grounds shall be establishedunder the authority of this act, the board of county commissioners ofsuch county shall make an annual tax levy for the creation of alake andrecreational grounds fund to be used for the supervision, maintenanceand improvement of the lake and recreational grounds and topay aportionof the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A.12-1774, and amendments thereto, by cities located in thecounty.
