19-2823b. Same; establishment and maintenance; bonds, limitation.
Such park and recreational grounds may be established, managed and
maintained under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2819, 19-2820, 19-2821,
19-2822 and 19-2823, and amendments
thereto, except as herein otherwise provided. The board of county
commissioners is hereby authorized to issue and sell bonds of such
county, in an amount not exceeding one thirtieth of one percent of the
total amount of assessed valuation of such county for the fiscal year
next preceding the issuance of such bonds in the manner as provided in
K.S.A. 19-2823, and amendments
thereto.
