19-2858.   Deputy sheriffs for enforcement of park regulations.The manager of the county board of park commissioners shall recommend tothe county sheriff such number of employees as the manager deemsnecessary to becomedeputy sheriffs of the county toenforce the laws of the state and county and therules and regulations of the county board of park commissioners. The sheriffof the county, in accordance with the recommendations of the manager, shalldeputize such employees as deputy sheriffs with full law enforcement authoritythroughout the county. The deputy sheriffsherein created shall receive no compensation as such deputy sheriffs.
