19-2862j.   Same; general obligation bonds for parks andplaygrounds; election; revenue bonds for golf courses, swimming poolsand related facilities.In addition to those powers specified in K.S.A. 19-2868,the park board shall have power to issue bonds of the districtfor acquiring real estate and improvement thereof for park andplayground purposes, upon authorization of the electors of the parkdistrict by election and within the limitation of this act. The boardmay from time to time issue revenue bonds without approval at anyelection or authorization by electors for the purpose of acquiring realestate for public golf courses or swimming pools, or both, andfacilities related to any thereof, and for which an admission fee may becharged for the purpose of retiring said revenue bonds.
