19-2870.   Same; deposit of moneys by treasurer.All money coming into the hands of the treasurer of the board shall bedeposited in one or more banks designated by the board and be protected asprovided by article 14 of chapter 9 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated andamendments thereto.
