Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 28.--PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

     
19-2870.   Same; deposit of moneys by treasurer.
All money coming into the hands of the treasurer of the board shall be
deposited in one or more banks designated by the board and be protected as
provided by article 14 of chapter 9 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and
amendments thereto.
