19-2871b.   Same; inapplicability where countywide district exists.Enlargement of such district shall not be authorized if prior to theadoption of the resolution of enlargement a countywide district exists andhas authority to levy taxes for its operation. From and after the effectivedate of such resolution of enlargement no countywide park district shall becreated which has authority to issue taxes for its own purposes.
