Article 28.--PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

     
19-2872.   Same; improvements authorized.
The park board shall have authority to make all improvements necessary
to any land acquired or leased by it for park or playground purposes to
make the park, parks, playground or playgrounds a place of recreation,
amusement, enjoyment and relaxation for the inhabitants of the district.
