19-2873b.   Same; land acquisition fund; use; transfers; budget lawsinapplicable.The board may by resolution provide for the establishment of a landacquisition fund and any moneys therein at any time may be expended foracquisition of land and improvements and/or construction of improvementsfor future park and recreational use or for any of such purposes. The boardmay transfer to the land acquisition fund moneys in the general fund of thedistrict and such other moneys as are authorized by law to be transferredthereto. Budget laws shall not apply to expenditures from the landacquisition fund.
