Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 28.--PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

     
19-2882.   County park districts; definitions.
(a) The terms "board," "park board," or "governing board" means the county
park district board herein provided for.

     
(b)   The terms "district," "park district," and "county park
district" shall mean the county park district established as hereinafter
provided for.
