19-2884.   Same; powers of district.The county park district shall be a body corporate with power tocontract, to sue and to be sued in like manner as other publiccorporations; to acquire, own, lease and hold real estate for and toestablish, improve, finance, operate and maintain improvements withinthe district, all as in this act provided.
