Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 28.--PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

     
19-2884.   Same; powers of district.
The county park district shall be a body corporate with power to
contract, to sue and to be sued in like manner as other public
corporations; to acquire, own, lease and hold real estate for and to
establish, improve, finance, operate and maintain improvements within
the district, all as in this act provided.
