19-2886.   Same; officers of board; oaths; bond.Within thirty (30) days after the first appointment, the members of theboard shall meet and organize by the election from its own members of achairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer. All members andthe officers of the board whenever appointed or elected shall take oaths asprescribed for other public officials. The secretary and the treasurershall each give to the park district a corporate surety bond conditionedfor the faithful performance of duty and for the true and faithfulaccounting for all money that may come into their hands by virtue of theirposition in such sums as the board shall determine by resolution. Thepremiums on such bonds shall be paid by the park district. Such bonds shallbe approved by the board and filed by the chairman with the county clerk.
