19-2891.   Same; park superintendent; appointment, powers, duties.The county park board may select and appoint a park superintendent andhis term of office shall be during the pleasure of said board. He shallmanage and control the district under the general supervision of saidboard. The superintendent shall perform all other duties as may beprescribed by the district board, shall give a good and sufficient suretycompany bond to the park district in a sum to be fixed and approved by theboard, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties, the actualcost of said bond shall be paid out of the funds of the park district.
