19-28,102.   Same; conditions; power of commissioners.Such county bonds, if authorized according to the provisions of thisact, shall be negotiable in form and provide for payment of principaland interest within twenty (20) years. Interest on such bonds shall bepayable semi-annually at a rate of not to exceed the maximum rate ofinterest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009, such board ofcounty commissioners is authorized to fix the denominations of bonds tobe issued and the rate of interest that the bonds will bear andadvertise the same for public sale in the usual manner as provided inthe general bond law.
