19-2953.   Same; violations; actions.Any violation of any provision of this act shall be deemed to be amisdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not to exceed $200for each offense and each day's violation shall constitute a separateoffense, and the governing body shall have the authority to maintainsuits or actions in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce theregulations adopted in accordance with the terms of this act, and to abatenuisances maintained in violation thereof.
