      19-2954.   Same; reasonableness.Any and all acts and regulations or amendments theretoprovided for or authorized by thisact shall be reasonable and any person having an interest in propertyaffected may have the reasonableness of any such act, regulation or amendment theretodetermined by bringing an action against the governing body within 30 daysafter the making of a decision on a zoning regulation, or amendment thereto.Such action shall be brought in thedistrict court in the county in which any such improvement district is situated.
