19-2955.   Same; termination of zoning authority.The authority of any improvement district to adopt or enforce zoningregulationsunder the authority of this act shall cease and terminate on the date thecounty in which the district is located adopts and places in effect zoningregulations affecting lands and buildings located within such district.
