19-3a01.   Administrator of Wyandotte county; elected.At the general election to be held in November, 1984, and every four yearsthereafter, there shall be elected in Wyandotte county a public administratorin and for such county, whose term of office shall befour years, commencing on the second Monday in January next aftersuch person's election, and who shall hold office untila successor is elected and qualified. The public administrator'spowers and duties shall be as hereinafter provided. Before the commencementof such person's term of office such person shall take and subscribe andfile in the office of the county clerk ofsuch county an oath to well and faithfully discharge the duties of such office.
