19-3a03.   Same; appointment.(a) Within six months following the effective date of theresolution, or the date of the election at which the resolution was approved,as required by K.S.A. 19-3a02, the board of county commissionersshall appoint acounty administrator.

      (b)   The compensation of the county administrator shall be determined by theboard of county commissioners.

      (c)   The county administrator may be removed by a majority vote of the boardof county commissioners.
