19-306.   Claims allowed, record; fees for certified copies of anyrecord.It shall be the duty of such clerk to designate, upon every accountwhich shall be audited and allowed by the board,the amount so allowed. Such clerk shall also deliver to any person who may demandit, a certified copy ofany record in such clerk's office, or any account on filetherein, on receiving fromsuch person a fee inaccordance with a schedule of fees established pursuant to subsection (c)of K.S.A. 45-219, and amendments thereto.
