19-309.   Certification of names and boundaries of townships.The clerk of each county shall, as often as a new township shall beorganized in his county, or the boundaries of any township therein shall bealtered, and immediately thereafter, make out and transmit to the secretaryof state a certified statement of the names and boundaries of the townshipso organized, and of the boundaries of any township the boundaries of whichshall have been altered.
