19-321.   Oaths, affirmations and acknowledgments.The county clerk shall have authority to administer oaths andaffirmations in all cases in which an oath or affirmation may be required,and may take acknowledgments of deeds, mortgages, and other instruments ofwriting in this state, and attest the same with the county seal.
