Article 30.--DROUGHT-RELIEF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT

     
19-3003.   Same; duties of county commissioners.
The boards of county commissioners in the various counties of the state
are hereby authorized to sponsor or direct activities for digging wells for
drought-relief and other activities for water conservation and emergency
water supplies.
