19-3105.   Same; maintenance and care of cemetery;additional land; tax levy, use of proceeds.The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to make an annualtax levy onall taxable tangible property of the county for the purpose of providinga fund to be used for the maintenance and care of any cemetery acquiredunder the provisions of this act and for the purpose of obtainingadditional land for any such cemetery and to pay a portion of the principaland interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A.12-1774,and amendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
