19-3302.   Same; eminent domain.That in any county, such as described in K.S.A. 19-3301, where itis required by the federal government as a condition to the constructionof any flood control works as provided in this act, that the said countyfurnish the necessary lands, rights of way, or easements therefor, theboard of county commissioners of said county is hereby authorized andempowered to acquire such lands, rights of way, or easements as may benecessary and said board is hereby authorized and empowered to acquirethe same by purchase or by gift or by the exercise of the right ofeminent domain, and there is hereby conferred upon the board of countycommissioners, of such county the right of eminent domain to beexercised in the manner prescribed by article 2 of chapter 26 of theKansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory thereof or supplementalthereto.
