19-3306.   Same; contracts for maintenance, repair or operation.That for the purpose of carrying out any of the provisions of this act,the board of county commissioners are hereby authorized to enter intoagreements with the United States of America or any department or agencythereof and with any city or drainage district, or other county or bodypolitic, as well as with any person, firm or individual whenever it shallbe necessary as a condition to the construction of flood control workshereunder, and for the maintenance, repair or operation thereof.
