19-3306. Same; contracts for maintenance, repair or operation.
That for the purpose of carrying out any of the provisions of this act,
the board of county commissioners are hereby authorized to enter into
agreements with the United States of America or any department or agency
thereof and with any city or drainage district, or other county or body
politic, as well as with any person, firm or individual whenever it shall
be necessary as a condition to the construction of flood control works
hereunder, and for the maintenance, repair or operation thereof.
