19-3435.   Same; how salaries and expenses paid.That the salaries and expenses of the office of the electioncommissioner as in this act provided, the cost of printing and distributingthe ballots and all other expenses connected with county-wide electionswhether primary, general or special elections, in counties having anelection commissioner, shall be paid by the county. The expense of alldrainage district elections shall be paid by the drainage district holdingsuch election from the general fund of such drainage district.
