19-3436.   Transfer and delivery of books and records.All files, books, records, papers, documents and data of every kind inany way pertaining to elections and necessary to the proper administrationof election and voter registration and now under the jurisdiction andcontrol of the city or school officers or the county clerk in any county towhich this act applies shall be transferred and delivered over to theelection commissioner appointed hereunder.
