19-3504.   Enlargement of district;petition.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-270, whenever line extensions havebeen laid by any water utility operatingunder a certificate of convenience and necessity within the originaldistrict, within the certificated area as it existed on the effective dateof this act and subsequent to the establishment and organization of suchwater district, the board of such water district shall upon petition of51% of owners of land within such additional areasenlarge the boundaries of such original water district to include theadditional areas in which such line extensions have been laid.
