19-3507b.   Same; duties of election commissioner.The election commissioner of Johnson county shall conduct all electionsunder this act. Members of the board of the water district in office onthe effective date of this act shall continue to serve for the term forwhich they were elected and shall retain the same member positions as priorto the effective date of this act.
