19-3515.   Contracts with other water utilities or public agencies to supplywater; rates and charges.Any water district board may contract with any other water utility, asdefined by K.S.A. 19-3501, and amendments thereto, or any school district, statedepartment, state institution, board of county commissioners of anycounty, township, municipality or politicalsubdivision of the state of Kansas, for the purpose of supplying water.Such other water utility, school district, state department,state institution, countycommissioners, township boards, municipalitiesand political subdivisions of the state are hereby authorized to contractand pay reasonable rates and charges for such water andfor additions for enlargement of the water supply and distribution system which areattributable to the demand for water by such entities located outside thedistrict. Any such contract may extend fora period of years not longer than the period for which revenue bonds areissued.
